1. YOU DRIVE. WE PROVIDE THE CAR.

Files.Taxi is the vehicle. You are the driver. You choose the cargo. We don't look in the trunk. We don't ask questions. But if you crash, it's on you.

We provide the software and the slick f.taxi shortlinks. You provide the files. We act as a passive conduit. We do not monitor, view, or control your uploads. Stay in your lane.

2. YOUR CARGO, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You own your mess. By using this service, you swear on your driver's license that:

• You actually own the rights to the files you're shipping.
• You aren't transporting illegal contraband, malware, or anything that breaks the law.
• If the police (or lawyers) come knocking, you answer the door. Not us.

3. NO WARRANTY (THE "AS IS" CLAUSE)

This ride is provided "AS IS". No seatbelts guaranteed. We work hard to keep the engine running, but if a tire blows out, a link breaks, or data gets lost in the cloud, we are not liable. Use at your own risk. Drive carefully.

4. DON'T SUE THE MECHANIC

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Files.Taxi and its creators (pm7.dev) from any chaos you cause. If your files start a fire, you pay for the extinguisher and the legal fees.

5. NO TRASH IN THE CAB

Don't be that guy. You may not use Files.Taxi to upload unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or just plain nasty content. Keep it clean, keep it legal, and enjoy the ride.
